It took 20 minutes for 10 of us to order food. they wouldn’t let us order as couples because we’re going to sit at one table.
then after it was ordered we had to go back through again to be able to pay as couples. 
when the food arrived three of the 10 meals were wrong. 

I am giving it a two because the food was good once we got it.

Came in expecting a long wait after a big UW game and planned on being here for awhile. Love the food here, the staff is amazing and even comped the food since we waited for awhile longer than planned. Wasn't needed but they took care of us and still got us amazing food!!! First time back here in 7 years and will always recommend!

Our visit was awesome! The food was great. A little pricey but a lot of food. The veggies were crisp and fresh. The service was wonderful as well.

Very nice place, quite comfortably clean. Service with a smile. Best deli sandwiches I've had in a while.

The staff is not really friendly.  You ask for something not to be on the sandwich and get a snotty reply and still get the stuff on the sandwich.  Took back and then remade sandwich and still put onion and tomato on there.  No one ever came to our table to see if everything was good either.  You can tell more of the employees are college kids.
