Altos Dental Care is a family dental office. Dr. Chiu enjoys seeing patients ranging in age from 3 years old to 103 years old! He has watched many of his patients go from kindergarten through high school. Then off to college, return, marry and start bringing there own children to him for dental care. Now that is a great track record!

Being suspicious of dentists in general, I finally had to go to one for a nagging tooth ache. I chose this dentist as he also went to same school I did- USC. I had good insurance and was reassured by their front office that all is covered. A year later I get bills claiming my insurance did not cover fully! They still area harassing me about that. Six months ago, I decided to take my family also to them- wife an kids. By this point my I left my old job (and insurance) and now was covered by my wife's insurance. They again said all is well, rest assured. Well whatdoyaknow! We start getting the same invoices for my wife and kids. $800+ EACH for general cleaning for my son (age7) and daughter (age 9)!!!! Plus for my wife! At this point, according to them, we owe them thousands of dollars. Its like someone holding us at gunpoint...or else our credit history will be threatened. This is a pure scam buy quack. This is a dubious husband-wife team. We will fight htis tooth and nail, they should have told us upfront for all cost not covered by insurance...$800 teeth cleaning for 7 and 9 yo notwithstanding. BEWARE.
