I have waited far too long to get my teeth fixed - but glad i waited until I found dr. hartley. i had some crooked teeth and they were yellowish. while not horrible, they were not good and i was never comfortable with my smile. when i looked for someone to fix finally - thank goodness I found dr hartely. i did a lot of research as finding someone to trust to completely change my smile along with fixing my teeth was going to be an investment but more importantly, i would live with the results. i can not begin to say what a change this has had in my life. i smile all the time and everyone around me comments that i seem so much happier and i get a ton of comments that i look great, most people have no idea i had my teeth and smile redone, just that i look so happy and great. i owe this to dr hartley. he is a brilliantly talented artist - yes an artist. he has the ability to look at you and your smile and make suggestions to enhance you - not change. his work is amazingly natural. so much so, that when i tell people what i had done (i have to tell them as they have no idea - my teeth look gorgeous in a very natural way), they are shocked that i had work done. dr. hartley widened my smile, straightened my teeth and modified my look in a great way - very subtle and natural. if you want to know more about what i had done read below. overall, dr hartely is amazing in his work and is also one of those rare people who absolutely loves what he does. he is a perfectionist as well as an artist. his team are incredible, very accommodating and appear to love working there. who wouldn't? the place is very nice. not like a dentist office, but a nice comfy spa. price wise - it takes some money. however i did a lot of research and did not find his prices to be higher than others - you will only get significant higher quality. however, dr hartely gave me options to fit in my budget and his office will work with clients to provide financing. I have also given the office permission to show my before and after photos - check them out. details of my experience that may be helpful. I work a ton of hours and could not get in to get the consultation. I was able to email pix of my teeth and did my first consultation over the phone with dr. hartley. during this call, he gave me a lot of options to work with budget and what i wanted to accomplish. i decided if i was going to do this - i wanted to have the smile of my dreams. i went for 8 veneers on top and 8 on bottom. i went in for my first appt to have molds made. during this visit met with dr. hartley to discuss more specifics on smile. what i learned is that this is just not about straightening teeth. it is about changing your smile, your bite and your overall look. i really thought i just needed to make teeth straighter. what i learned from dr. hartley is that in the process of doing this, he can make corrections to change your look. my smile has always been very narrow so we discussed how he could widen. the process took 2 visits to get the temporary teeth on. while sounds a lot, it goes fast. you can watch tv and in my case, dr hartley tolerated me trying to do some work in between things and even helped me take a work phone call in the middle of all this. talk about patience! he also makes the process very easy on the patient and has a wonderful assistant who is incredibly sweet and kept ensuring i was ok during the work. after the temps - i went back for 2 more visits for the final work. my smile is amazing and he also corrected my bite - and i found out that due to my bite previously, i was cracking my back teeth. good to find this out before more damage was done and now my bite is corrected. if i could give dr hartley and his office more stars i would. it is really nice to find someone with amazing talent who is so personable and nice. happy to answer any questions.
