This is a great place to sail small boats. The membership is cheap, especially compared to nearby hoover or leatherlips, and the people are VERY friendly. The sailing is excellent, as Alum Creek typically has some breeze, though for a boat without a motor it can be somewhat difficult to get out of the channel and into the open lake. Also, ACSA organises races every Wednesday!

New addition of HUGE 50' x 100' shelter house provides a wonderful facility for all kinds of events, from parties to educational trainings.

The youth learn to sail program is also wonderful.
