I have lived in this community for two months now and have had a great experience. The property managers are always helpful and prompt. The maintenance is great as well, taking care of things quickly! We love the play ground and club house and can't wait to try out the new gym. I would recommend this place to anyone :)

We have been here for seven months. The day I moved in the toilet and refrigerator weren't working. We had second hand smoke that smelled like someone was chain smoking in my apartment. We had to live with roaches for five months that we're so horrible from our neighbor that you couldn't even have food safely stored in the apartment. They were coming out of appliances in the kitchen. Absolutely disgusting. After five months of fighting with the property management they moved us to another apartment. They gave us keys that would not even unlock the new apartment and caused us to push the move back. Maintenance is never on site or available on weekends or after five. The office staff is rude and incompetent. They lose paperwork and never follow through. They never seem to know what they are talking about. Our air conditioner broke and we had to fight to get them to fix it after days and upper 80's/90's. They conveniently sent a tech close to five who did nothing and then left for the day. It still isn't fixed. They said we needed medical documentation of my migraines, my five year old's allergies. We had to stay at my parents house because of the heat and my daughter being sick. When you live on a tight budget with no health insurance it isn't easy to just go back to the Dr for a medical note. They reference corporate policies that are not included in your signed lease. This has been the worst apartment we have ever lived in by far! Counting the days until we can move!

Where to begin.. This. Place. Is. 100! This is my fourth time living here and the quick, same day, maintenance is just one of the MANY things that keep me coming back! They have some of the most amazing staff working in the office! Not to mention when there ever is an issue, (which is rare) it is ALWAYS taken care of! The community really feels like a melting pot with such a diverse group of neighbors that always have a smile on their face! With being just minutes away from every attraction and place to shop it really is a winner. One of the best things I see in this community is the fact it is OLENTANGY ORANGE SCHOOL DISTRICT!! (#4 Best School In The State Of Ohio!) Feel free to look else where, as I did, but there is a reason I keep coming back.. 4 times!

Don't do it! I live in a lower level apartment and can hear every single word my upstairs neighbors speak, every step that they take, EVERYTHING. It sounds as if they are going to come crashing through the ceiling at any moment. We can't watch tv, sleep, anything without loud slams , talking and laughing. Staff could care less. I have posted this review twice, somehow it was deleted both times. It's a trap for wayyyyy too much money. Counting down the days until my lease is up.

Lake Club Apartments are amazing. The community is updated with remodeled units and new club house. The apartments are fairly quiet with courteous, professional neighbors. The staff is helpful and friendly. They will go above and beyond to answer your questions and will make you feel like this is your home.
