This is a reliable company that you can rely on their expertise and quality. Originally, we called them early this year to fix our 20 years heater and they replied promptly and put it back to work in a short period of time. We really satisfied with their job quality and responsibility since they took the job seriously.
Then we considered to replace our 2 set of 20 years old AC/heater this past June. We called them up and they offered us a competitive and reasonable quotation for 2 set system plus 1 water heater. We gave the jobs to them and we have no complaint at all. Our units just passed our township inspection couple days ago.Tom is a well experienced and organized person I ever met. I am happy to recommend this company.

I set an appointment through the website last night, and they showed up bright and early at 8am this morning. Courteous and very professional. Everything was spelled out ahead of time so there were no surprises. Fixed my heating problem with ease and speed (and got rid of the dead bird that was clogging my system for me!). Would definitely call again next time we have an issue.

I would highly recommend Always Comfy. The work was meticulously done in a timely fashion. Thomas explained what he was going to do and answered all questions. He left the work area very clean. The installation was a difficult one but Thomas was able to install and do a great job!

Let me start by saying that this is the first time I give a review to a company or product, but I thought it was worth to spend the time here.  Always Comfy has a very user friendly website, it was very easy to schedule an appointment from the comfort of your own phone, and if you would have to cancel or reschedule your appointment, it's very easy to do it as well. Tom was very professional and courteous.  He definitively went the extra mile to help me with the issue at hand.  Tom is very knowledgeable, and he explains things to you in a very easy way to understand.  I would definitely be using Always Comfy again, and referring him to family and friends.  Thanks Tom!

From the first phone to the last handshake when the job was finished, Tommy was absolutely spectacular and professional. He was completed with the job exactly when he said it would be done and the cleanup of the work spot was great. Tom had excellent ideas and helped design the new system for my house. I will be definitely be calling Tom back.
