Lets be honest, there are tons of Amazing lash studios to choose from but this location is worth the 30-40 min drive for me! Their front desk got me to really understand the importance of after care and explain which products would suit my lifestyle best.. we pay a lot of money on our lashes so if i can lengthen how long they last then why not?! Their foam cleanser is my go to product! Michelle is my stylist, she is a master and that title fits her perfectly. She always gets my lashes looking exactly how i like them and i get compliments all the time. Thank you!

Unsatisfied with Member Cancellation Policy .
After being a loyal member for like two years or perhaps a little longer,  I believe I am being unfairly treated when it comes to the financial aspect of my membership.  Today, Jan 27, 2018, I had my lashes removed and asked to cancel my monthly membership.  I was notified that the cancellation policy indicates that a final monthly membership fee was going to be withdrawn from my account, and I understand that part.  However, I already have a $49.99  credit in my account and with the final withdrawal that will take place in 3 weeks. there would be a total of $99.98 in my account that I cannot use toward the purchase of any of their products only to be used for their lash services. When I requested a reconsideration so that I could use the funds available to me in my account for a future purchase of their products  I was told that was something they were not able to do but just for me to consider putting lashes back on.  I couldn't believe what I was listening to!  I don't want to put last extensions anymore, that's the reason why I am cancelling my membership.  I felt ignored after that, the staff got busy on the phones and with other customers and I just stayed there standing waiting for somebody to further assist me.  I felt mistreated after all the time I have been going to this shop and getting my lashes done.  I am not asking for much.  Please help me understand why I should let almost $100 just sit in my account without being able to use them for something I really want.  Is this how they treat a loyal client?  I believe it is fair that I want to use the credit that I have in my account however I decide to.

This is a really good place to get your lashes done . The location is very cute and relaxed. The lady doing my lashes was very reassuring and kept me calm I was pretty nervous at first and she made me feel comfortable. Definitely will be going back.

Let me tell you about this location! They really hooked a girl up. If you're like me and procrastinate until last minute to do things, then this is the location to go to. I called last minute for an appointment for today, the day before Thanksgiving, and was fortunate enough to be helped by Malenie. Her and her team were so amazing and accomadating. Their master stylist Michelle is the best! She always does a wonderful job and my lashes come out looking BOMB! The front desk recommended me to use the nature lash because I get the volume lashes and it really does help supplement my natural lashes! It's a bit of a drive for me to go to this location but it's worth the drive! Be sure to stock up on gift cards since they are having really great Gift Card Promotion! Buy a gift, get a gift. 🤗🤗🤗🤗
