Like many of you reading, I read so many great reviews here and on Facebook before deciding to make an appointment for a friend and I. I made an appointment for a $26 pedicure, and was truly excited to have a great experience. A young woman who wears glasses was doing my pedicure, when all of a sudden, she cut me! My toe was bleeding pretty bad to where she had to put a piece of cotton on it and some sort of blue solution. Because I was there with my friend, I decided to stick it out and let her finish my pedicure. I don't go to many nail salons, but I'm pretty sure making someone bleed isn't supposed to be common practice. When it was time to pay, I told the man at the register how I was cut during my pedicure and showed him a picture of it. I didn't think it would be fair to pay full price for a service where someone made me bleed. So I asked him if he could take something off of my total. He took a whole $2 off my $26 pedicure and told me to put Neosporin on my toe when I got home. Now I've been wearing a band-aid on my toe for the last 2 days and it's still painful to the touch. What good is a fresh pedicure if you have to wear a bandaid on your toe? I was very disappointed that more wasn't done to make up for this inconvenience. Especially knowing that I had a picture of my bloody toe that can be posted online. Like I said, they didn't go out of their way to take anything off my total to make up for one of their workers making my toe bleed. I had to ask.

You all MUST go here! Very clean, welcoming, & relaxing environment. Everyone is so professional & nice! Visit Ms. V, she does amazing nails & make sure you are happy with your service.

Love this place! I have been to about 5 different salons looking for one that has everything . . . Clean, freindly, good quality work and we'll priced. I love this place!

I just moved here and I really needed a quality nail salon.  I have had two bad experiences since I've been here and I starting to lose hope.  Thank God for this nail salon!!  They provided some of the best service I've had in a long time.  They offer refreshments and snacks and treat you like you're a guest in their home! Not to mention my nails came out amazing! I would recommend them to anyone, any day of the week!

This was the BEST pedicure experience I have ever had. I have previously been to this location but when it was a Salon. Knowing what it used to look like....I was memorized by the transformation. Friendly staff upon arrival, drink of choice ( water, mimosa, sweet or dry white wine, red wine), 2 fried spring rolls, and heated neck wrap just to start. I overheard the lady beside me describe the atmosphere as tranquil...perfect description. My husband and I both chose the "Spoil Me" pedicure. It is pricy at $67 but it was totally worth it because the name doesn't lie. I am a Massage Therapist and I received a leg & neck massage that could easily rival anyone I work with. On top of everything, I asked for a crab and starfish drawn on my big toes and it was delivered. Richard was sweet, professional, and talented. My husband also enjoyed his experience...he told me the massage was also amazing from Lauren. I also met the owner whom was doing pedicures as well. I just love this place...its my permenabt place!!!!!!!!!!
PS. They have a private room that you can reserve for no extra cost. It has 4 chairs just have to order one of the top 2 pedicures. Were gonna do this for a pre birthday dinner!
