They staff here is friendly, and it's really quick to pick up your amazon order. Not a lot of waiting around, which is always good. I've ordered a lot off of amazon and never had anything lost or not there when I've got to pick it up. Returns here are also very easy. They also have stuff to assist you with making your returns in store, so that's pretty good too.

Love this place because it's so easy to grab packages from. I've picked up multiple packages and never had a problem. And if I ever did I have never not seen somebody at the front desk. So overall great place to pick up your packages.

I use this amazon center quite frequently. I'm a student at UMass so it's really convenient. I'm usually happy with the service. My only complaint is about a particular staff member. I have had at least a dozen encounters with this employee and it is never pleasant. I ordered a package a few weeks ago and my amazon account said that it had been delivered (as opposed to "ready for pick up"). The status of the package remained as "delivered" for the next three days. I figured it shouldn't take two days for amazon to deliver the package and then three days for them to change the status to "ready for pick up" (especially because I pay for prime), so I stopped by the center to see what was going on. The staff member I referenced above checked on my order, searched for my package, and informed me that she does not know where my package is. I told her no problem, and asked if she could either refund me or have amazon send another package. She said no very rudely and instead told me to walk to the UMass Hotel as well as the buildings surrounding the campus center to check to see if any of them received my package. I am not going to walk door to door to UMass buildings to ask if anybody has seen my package. I'm paying for amazon prime for the package to be delivered to me; it's not my job to hunt down a package that is supposed to be delivered to the center. This woman has also asked one of my friends to search around the campus for her package when she couldn't locate it in the back. I think it is absolutely ridiculous to pay close to $100 for amazon prime and then be asked to search around campus for a package that is supposed to be delivered to the center within two days. Besides this single employee, the place is great.

Decent location and saves money on shipping a return so you don't need to go through another service provider! Today was my first time there .. Easy to find
