My wife and me booked this tour in December for 7 days for Japan.  The booking process might seem a bit slow over emails initially but it is smooth.  After landing in Japan, we had an amazing time. It was winter but we had a bus to travel everywhere. It seemed a bit pricey when we booked but after the trip we felt good because all the hotels we stayed in were above par ( Westin, Sheraton & Hilton ). We covered almost everything, which might take 15 days if you are backpacking. We had a lot of time to walk around and discovering on our own as the bus would wait for 2 hours on all major spots. Our tour guide(Alex) had excellent knowledge of the area. He went above his responsibilities to book reservations for us at places like Cat cafes, owl cafes and major restaurants (by our choice). It's good if it's your first time in a new country. Alex helped a lot in arranging Vegan meals for my wife in the meals included in the package. You will check in to hotels by 5:30 PM so you have entire evening to explore. Google maps and Google translator (offline) is a must for exploring by trains. Great experience !
