極差的服務態度
出發當天才知道訂的行程跟當初被告知的不一樣
後來才知道美國雄獅根本沒有出團
而是跟另外的旅行社拼團
跟服務人員反應態度極不友善
如果想要有不好的旅遊體驗找他們就對了

原定的行程付完款後，竟與當初行程不同，儍眼！生氣原因在於事先沒被告之，且工作人員拒不承認錯誤，服務態度差！
