I contacted Ambassador Real Estate through a recommendation from a good friend when I began the search to buy my first home.  My first contact with the office was with Linda who works at the front desk- through our many interactions she was unbelievably patient and always provided clear guidance.  I could not be more thankful to Stephen Costa for his assistance in finding the perfect home in my desired neighborhood and under budget.  He took care of me every step of the way and was happy to explain even the smallest details on unfamiliar topics and steps.

Horrible service! I do not recommend this office or their agents to anyone! Take your business somewhere else! 

The front desk showed unprofessional attitude and the Real Estate Broker, Stephen Costa took few days to return my call for a simple inquiry.
