Went in and requested a heel insert, very simple. Was told it would be ready in 1 week, on Friday. There was never any time stated, just on friday.Went in on Friday after 12 noon, insert was not ready. They said it would be after 3 that day. I drove 30 miles one way for this. Told the women that. Also said I could pick up during the following week if they would wait for me. I get off work at 4:30 and might be a few minutes after 5 before I got there. She refused. They should have called and let me know it wasn't ready! There was no apology for not having insert ready as stated or for my wasted trip and no attempt to accomodate for their lack of professionalism. If the way they run their business reflects the craftsmanship of their products i am happy not to have that insert as it would be an extremely poor product! Don't ever go here!!

The best shoe repair I have ever seen. I am crippled and could find no one that could help me with my special leg brace problems. He is a very smart guy and a real craftsman. He was patient and kind. I was literally crippled and with his help and patience I am literally mountain climbing today. Trust me he is the best!!!!!

Absolute poor quality service. Took a pair of shoes in on October 24th to be repaired. I was told 2 weeks. I waited 4 weeks since I was busy and they still weren't ready. I was told 2 more weeks. I went in a week after the 2 weeks and still the shoes weren't ready. He kept making excuses as to why they weren't done. Today on December 14th I came in again and still they weren't done. I took my shoes back from him and I am taking them somewhere else. I was surprised that at this time 8 weeks later nothing had been done to my shoes. I wasted 8 weeks. I will never bring anything else here much less recommend anyone here. I will not do business with a company that gives customers the runaround and lies to their clients.

Excellent & quality service. Would recommend him to others, to get their shoes, boots or other footwear repaired.
