Delivery time promised was 6-8pm, actual time was 10:35pm. Oh, and they got lost too so it was actually delivered at almost midnight on a Saturday!!! Terrible delivery customer service. Called and asked to deliver fridge earlier than scheduled, stating 30-40 minutes. When they couldn't hold to that time, delivery driver lied to mgr and said I told them I couldn't be there earlier. Don't lie, just be there when you say you will, the last thing they said was we will be there in 30-40 minutes. What I enjoyed most was being hung up on by the driver when I called the number given, so professional.

Bought a pair of shoes today. They were on an end cap on sale for $17.99 and this was on the sign on the end cap. The lady at register rings them up and they ring up at $19.99 I tell the lady that there is a sign that says $17.99 she calls back to the shoe department and they say know they r $19.99 so I say I still want them after I pay for them I go back to the end cap and the sign for $17.99 was gone. The only end cap with know signage on it. Wow really Sears ...that's pretty crappie it's the principal of what u did not about the $2.00 I would have saved....

I feel craftsman tools are in downward spiral of quality, I do not understand why sears cannot warranty a craftsman torque wrench if the issue is not calibration, they should redesign/sale one that doesn't have a plastic handle that will fail. I now use it as a break over bar. I do not dislike the store or any employee  but will not buy as many tools as I use to.

I always receive good customer service at Sears.  They are good with product warranties, and I like the shop your way program.  We like Sears for household appliances, electronics, and I bought a craftsman push mower there.  The Sears auto center is one of the best around.
