My husband and I just got back from an Amazing Trip to Sandos Playacar, México.
Sarah did an amazing job, she listened to what we were looking for in a vacation and set us up on a trip to remember !! We had never traveled outside the U.S. and she told us all the information we needed to travel into and out of Mexico.  We can’t wait to book our next vacation with her! 
Sandos Playacar hotel was wonderful and there were so many wonderful restaurants to eat at.. including an Italian restaurant with a 7 course meal and the French restaurant was superb.

I typically book trips direct without a travel agent. I used Ambassador Travel because they are supposed to be experts. They even have a list of 101 reason to use a travel agent listed on their site. Their expert agent didn't know anything about the travel restrictions with passports and the agent failed to ask me anything about my passport. My pass port had two months left before the expiration date. You have to have 3 months left to travel to St. Lucia. Needless to say I was not allowed to go. When I called Ambassador Travel the agent told me that it was my fault for not renewing my passport 6 months earlier. I pointed out thats why I hired a travel professional to make sure my documents were in order. At least I had trip insurance but Im still out the deductible. My advice use Expedia or Travelocity it was the same price.
