I have been in the travel industry for over 25 years; both as a flight attendant and as a travel consultant. I have literally been all over the world.

Story

Because of my extensive experience, I bring a wealth of knowledge for the traveler. I specialize in group travel; both corporate and leisure. I am a detail-oriented person and will handle all of your travel needs at no cost to you! Experience and service are included so give me a call the next time you want to travel and I will take care of everything! I am an out-side agent and can meet with you here at the office by appointment only any time or during office hours which are Monday-Friday 9:30-5:30.

We recently needed help arranging travel to Maui in order to attend a friend's wedding.  Larry at the Travel Store sprang into action and very quickly and efficiently and professionally secured our flight, our hotel, and our rental car.  His greatest help was in locating a hotel for us that was very close to all the wedding activities and was affordable and right on the beach.  He got us there and back without a hitch in our itinerary.  I would strongly recommend this travel agency.  They provided just what we needed.  We will definitely use them again for our next big trip.

Anne at the Travel Store set up my whole Workation to Orlando.  Went there on business for the NARPM Convention.  She researched the hotels, flights, and even an awesome rental car as requested.  She sets up the trip as if she were taking it herself and covers all of the details.  had no worries about anything other than enjoying myself.  Thanks Anne Johnston.  You are a 5 start travel agent.

This travel agency was my first experience with a travel agent, and probably my last. I worked with one of their agents to book a Disney Cruise. While I would have been perfectly capable of booking it myself online, I thought using a travel agent would net me some onboard credit, but it did not. After taking my initial deposit, my customer service experience only went downhill. My agent, Anne, would not return my phone calls or emails and seemed to easily get my details mixed up. I had to be a pest to receive some attention. She also gave out my payment information to a shuttle service, which I had declined, and I then had to work to be reimbursed for the charges.  Perhaps others have had better experiences, but I would not recommend this business.
