It may seem like a typical "food truck" but it's ANYTHING but typical food!  I was impressed, not only by the food, but the work ethic of the chef and owner! He's mostly a one-person operation!  So he runs the truck and business operations AND makes really delicious and intricate food inside the confines of a small food truck! I had the pleasure to partake of the Full English Breakfast, the Churros Con Chocolate and the Quiche Lorraine...so buttery and flaky and flavorful and it was still damn good two days later after I re-heated it!  Nom! Nom! Nom!

Delicious, fresh, authentic Italian cuisine on a truck! You can't go wrong with this new and promising company! Super sweet owner and employees!

Wow! I'm sitting here at Fiction Brewery eating the bruschetta and fettuccini alfredo with chicken. It's fantastic! Everything is great, the handmade noodles even better!!!

The stromboli and lasagna were incredible. Huge portions too, like Italian food should be.

Great food!! You wouldn't believe the beautiful cuisine comes from a truck!! Italian done right!!
