I had a good time when I decided to spend New Year’s Eve there. What made it fun were the people who were there with me! The place was okay and the music just fine. Nothing exceptional.

First off let me start by saying I've been a bartender for five years I work in the industry I understand a bad night or tight security what ever but never have i ever left a establishment so utterly disappointed.   I knew this shouldn't have been the place I chose to spend my New Years when as soon as you walk up security is rude you're supposed to secure people, give us directions help us feel safe  especially when we're charged a hefty New Years fee, but my big issue is I came to the bar 7 minutes before new years and handed the bartender my I'd and card . And said it's almost New Years and that's my birthday I need a new years shot He asked what do I want I told him Then he serves no one else & goes to the other side of the bar to talk to his co worker and cash me out while 1 minute then two then New Years happens ! He brought me my shot and receipt 4 minutes after new years because (he just wasn't paying attention ) I literally had no one I knew around to cheers just watched him do nothing so I wrote "no tip it's my birthday you took too long "  it was rude but well deserved. He took my drink off the bar and told me to leave the other bartender asked what happen he said "it's her birthday she thinks she can get it free " note he took my drink after my receipt  was already signed i paid for that drink just didnt tip . I had asked another bartender earlier to charge my phone and they agreed for a $5 tip while  leaving I told a lady at the front about how rude the staff was and about the bartender she went over grabbed my phone for me they exchanged a few word hands me my phone and tells me to leave Then grabbed security i understand that some nights can be stressful but this place is trash the lady I talk to said she was a manager wouldn't even let me talk just wrote me off ignored what I had to say I dont want to make assumptions on why I was so disregarded when I had two drinks . don't recommend this place to anyone, it's nothing great a lot of better places nearby to choose from.

Went for a birthday party that was VIP top floor that section was great the hors d'oeuvres were great the music that the DJ played was awesome as well this was on a Saturday night.
