Awesome venue. They get lots of good artists here and it's always fun to see them in a smaller venue. Staff is hands down best in the business. Super friendly. The also treat you like an adult unlike the staff at most clubs. I always have a good time here.

Be Advised: There’s some shady stuff going on at this club. Up until about a couple weeks ago I would have told you that this is one of the better clubs in town with decent bookings and a higher production value than most other places. Unfortunately my opinion has completely changed after being quadruple charged for drinks on a slow night. The management refused to credit my girlfriend and I back for the additional $33, forcing us to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I should also add that my girlfriend was a promoter for this club at the time which didn’t affect how willing they were to correct their mistake. Rather they blamed it on us/our credit card company for the additional charges and made it seem like they had more important things to do. After a little bit of research, it appears this is a recurring thing for this club. I only had to look back to April of this year on Yelp to find another disgruntled customer who had the exact same situation happen to her. Granted she was only double charged, and not quadruple charged, but the management was still just as unwilling to credit the customer or resolve it themselves. This person made it clear that she felt it was suspicious and not an honest mistake as they would have you believe. I’ve also heard murmurings of overcharging happening to other attendees and promoters on social media as well so it’s clear that there is a pattern. So if you must attend a show at this club, please only use cash as that is the only safe way to make sure the bar staff/GM doesn’t try and pull more money out of your account/card than they should. Whether or not they are doing this intentionally and hoping people don’t notice/remember or they simply don’t care to fix whatever is causing these problems, it simply isn’t safe to use a card here. You’ve been warned.

After volunteering as a Promoter with this Company for almost a year, I expected them to handle the situation that was unfortunately brought on to me with a little more professionalism and respect. Three weeks ago, I decided to attend a show at Foundation Nightclub with a couple friends because I knew it was going to be a slow night (it definitely was) and being a promoter for Foundation I wanted to show support. When I arrived I purchased 3 drinks- one for me and each person in my party. I closed my tab immediately because I prefer not to leave my tab open at Nightclubs. Two days later, I checked my credit card statement my transaction from that night was quadruple charged. I immediately corresponded with the General Manager and Management, and at first they seemed willing to help, but then they started to not answer my emails- so I was having to touch base every couple days to see if this was getting resolved. After almost 2 weeks it still hadn't been resolved, and Management had no interest in crediting back my account even though they sent me the receipts (customer copy and merchant copy with my exact transaction of $11). They would not admit that it was their error and kept blaming my bank- trying to tell me that I needed to take the extra steps to retrieve my money. After basically fighting tooth and nail to try and make sense of all this, I ended up resigning as a promoter. I can't endorse a company who treats their customers let alone their volunteers like how they treated me. So with that, if you attend a show at Foundation Nightclub I would proceed with caution and only pay with cash at the Bar if you buy drinks. I would hate to have anyone else have to deal with what I dealt with because it was so unnecessarily stressful and took too much time out of my days to still have it be unresolved.

The good: Sound and visuals are great. Gets the best electronic music acts in town. Amazing dancer models, nice bathrooms, nice security. The bad: the drink prices are absurd when not on special. It's also a haven for irritating drunk bros and people with no concept of personal space. On the weekends, half the audience couldn't care less about who's actually playing. Good artists will often fall back on playing radio hits to play to the crowd. Overall, cool place. But other spots in the city are definitely more hip to actual music lovers.

I don't understand the hype. I like Q better. The staff act like you're trying to break a rule the moment you walk in. Two things I can say for sure: big names come here, and tickets sell out.
