Had a very close friend pass away and the family had ordered all their flowers from here.  I decided to order ours from here too…from the very second I walked in I was frustrated, upset, and disappointed.  The owner was extremely rude…told me he didn’t have any flowers left…said the family wasn’t using anything with color…he was very sharp speaking to me and almost nasty…I asked for something very specific in mind and he said he really didn’t have anything ….then he said he could do something…charged me $130 and promised me the one thing he said he could do..pheasant feathers…the flowers were awful…NO pheasant feathers.. half dead flowers…hardly anything in the  arrangement…certainly not what I would have ever wanted for our friend’s memory….so so sad because it can’t be done over…..I will NEVER go in there AGAIN!!!

I ordered a bouquet for my brother’s funeral. In my head, I knew what I wanted but wasn’t sure how to let a florist get a glimpse of what I envisioned. I’m a little gun shy when ordering flowers because I’ve been disappointed many times.  Billy did not disappoint!! With a 5 minute conversation it was like he knew exactly what I wanted. My siblings were very happy with it too. I will definitely recommend Amber Waves. Thank you Billy for giving us comfort on a sad day.

This florist has been awesome! The flower arrangements I have seen have always been vibrant, fresh, and selective. I bought a roses for my wife before from here and those flowers have lasted for weeks; which shoes the quality of the arrangements you get here.  The prices you pay here are also pretty good; especially since you get a high quality product with delivery.  This florist also has a website you can purchase a flower set or custom order easily.  They deliver to 16 nearby  town locations and 24 zip code locations.  The store on site is clean and filled with very fragrant flowers.  This florist does flower arrangements for any occasion; including birthday, funeral, and even just that random event to send flowers.

With the death of my parents over the last 2 years, Billy has always went above and beyond helping us.  Since I live so far away, he is always just a phone call away and always bends over backwards to make the situation easier.  He is very helpful and has such a great personality!  Thanks Billy for all you do!

It's getting close to be like a year of delivering to this location. And sharing my experience. As a driver. Most of the time I deliver at night time so I never get to see any of the people. But I do appreciate it is when the I carry in the boxes and nothing is in the way and that's when it's snow day they have clean that up .

Just wanted to say My Mom is a resident at aeureka Care Center and all the residents received smiling mug bouquets everyone sure loves them So awesome your act of kindness brought smiles to a lot of faces! Thank You!

Beautiful bouquet sent to my Aunt's funeral.  I asked if possible to use a blue vase..and they did.  Thank you!
