i was racially profiled in this store. They are racist and will follow you around to make sure you don’t steal. Heard the cashier ask the coworker following me if she “finally caught me” and the lady actually followed me to the fitting room. Not a good way to keep business from anyone.
Nice little shop that has dang near everything. I needed a house plant and they had a bunch to choose from. Plus they had small little gifts and things. I'd come back here and shop again.
My husband ordered me flowers from this shop for our anniversary. The flowers were not delivered the time requested delivered a day early and the flowers were not as described as online. When I called the shop to express my concerns regarding not only the delivery time requested, but also the fact that my husband spent quite a bit of money on these flowers for me to receive carnations and roses. The response I received was that the shop didn't carry specific flowers offered in some of the online choices. So, what they do is use other flowers to fulfill the total cost of the flowers, in my case, carnations and roses. I would suggest not ordering flowers from this shop or expect to spend more money on cheaper flowers.
I placed my order at 10:45am, and called Capital City Florists at 11:15am with a change of time for my order unexpected events - oops!, but they adjusted my order accordingly and delivered the flowers quickly! Thank you so much for helping me celebrate my Grandma’s birthday all the way from Oklahoma! You guys are the best!
Ordered a $80.00 bouquet for a birthday. Wasn’t delivered until the day after. I had to call to find out were it was. They blamed a computer issue. They never called to say they were having technical difficulties. Never offered at refund or discount. Horrible customer service.
Flowers fresh, arrangement beautiful and exactly what I had ordered online. Ordered late, during the night, the night before the funeral which occured the following morning. Despite ordering pretty much last minute, delivery was on schedule exactly as I had requested online. We were very pleased with the outcome!
I paid for a $70 bouquet to be delivered on August 30th. Although they emailed me that the delivery happened, it never arrived. Then, the next day I called to clear the issue. The saleswoman stated she didn't know why the delivery never happened although my credit card was charged. She claimed the flowers would be delivered that day August 31. Still no flowers or refund.
The flowers were beautiful and my friend loved them. I couldn't have chosen a better florist. They didn't come in a box from a website, they were beautifully designed and carefully delivered.
This place was so amazing. I had a female friend who was going through a hard time and I ordered an arrangement at the last minute. They didn't only make sure I got them that evening. They took all of my flower ideas and made it beautiful. My friend was so happy seeing and smelling Tiger lillies and star grazers with a few pink roses , they even put it in a travel safe box. I will definitely be buying from them again. Thank you guys for your understanding and wonderful hospitality!
Needed flowers for wife birthday. They made good arrangement. Great price
