Very snobby, condescending customer service. I'm giving 2 stars because the finished product was acceptable; but ordering and pick up was terrible (so bad, they probably only deserve 1 star). I have ordered many flowers for school dances over many years (3 grown children), so ordering a boutenniere for my youngest daughter's Homecoming dance wasn't my "first rodeo." My daughter chose one that she liked online and called in her order. The woman from Ambiance taking her order claimed that she didn't know what that arrangement was. We told her that it is on their website. The woman said, "You mean I'm going to have to go ONLINE to look it up?" while gasping and acting like we were asking her to run a marathon. The conversation only went downhill from there. We also learned that Ambiance won't deliver anything that costs under $50, even if you pay the delivery fee. The woman started cackling when we asked for delivery (knowing we'd pay a fee and we only live 1 mile from the shop) and was very nasty when she told my daughter, "We don't do that, SWEETHEART." When my husband went to pick it up, the shop was very disorganized and condescending towards him. They acted like he was intruding on their day. I will not use them again, even though the boutonniere was ok. It wasn't worth being treated like garbage.

They did my flowers for my wedding in June...I gave them an idea of the look I wanted but had no specific flowers in mind. When I went to pick up my centerpieces, bouquets, etc. I was overwhelmed by how beautiful they were and how perfectly they nailed the "vision" I had. I could not have been happier and will forever go to Ambiance for all things flowers!

They make the most beautiful corsages, wristlets and boutonnieres.

My boy/girl twins are have reached the age where they are going to dances and need flowers for dates. I was thrilled with the corsages and the big beautiful "man flower" as my daughter calls it. The arrangements are fresh, tasteful, and last all night.
