I'm pleased with the excellent delivery time for such short notice but I am somewhat disappointed with what I purchased because the product I purchased was not what was pictured.  I would have been somewhat ok had someone contacted me to inform me of the changes but this never occurred.

I just wanted to say this place is awesome. I have never experienced such a high level of service in trying to give my wife a perfect flowers for our anniversary. I just want to say thank you and I appreciate all your help in making this day a great day for my wife I will shop there again thanks again.

Got a phone call telling me they can not deliver my valentines flowers because it was getting dark and they would deliver them in the morning... way to run a business!

Here is my letter to the florist (which went responded): 

I must say I was horrible disappointed with your arrangement that was delivered, as was she. I often pickup flowers from Rouses to take to her and sometimes I have them sent from a florist. Generally when I pick up a nice arrangement from Rouses, I get a dozen Gerber Daisies and some greenery for $30.00. When I have used florist in the past, the $80-100 arrangements have been stunning and huge. What you delivered I could have picked up in the Walmart market for $12-15.00. And they would not have wilted the very next day!  I don’t mind paying a higher price when I can’t pick up flowers. But never before have I been so disappointed in the lack of quality and quantity. And never before as she said "the flowers are just horrible". I hope this serves as a warning to potential future customers and I will never do business with you again.
