Fantastic new theater over on the West side of town. All the newest amenities: Coke Freestyle machines w/ free refills, digital ticket stations, recliners in every theater, curved movie screens, and a full bar. Massive, massive upgrade over the old AMC Bellevue theater and one of the best overall theaters in town now. There is active construction around the theater currently as they finish the other shops, but that should all be done by the middle of next year.

It's really nice. I really like the reserved seating and recliners! Also the full bar is a nice feature. And I loved the way they accidentally layered the commercials over some of the lamer movie previews. That was unintentionally hilarious.

The parking lot is very small. The seating in the back row is awful. There’s a glass border above the railing that blocks about 1/4 of the screen. As soon as the credits started, the house lights when on full brightness. I had to show my ID when my SO bought our tickets. I’ve never had to do that. We are almost 40.

This is the coolest theater! Electric recliners, perfect sound system, you can feel the bass as the floor shakes! One of the best things is, it's not too loud. Over all a great place! 👏 👏 👏 very comfortable, like being at home watching a movie! Thank you AMC!

This theater has a lot of teething issues it needs to get over before I go back. Went for the first time last night to see the 6 PM premiere of Justice League. First off, it's incredibly difficult to locate the theater at night if you've never been there before. It was already dark outside when we arrived and there were zero lights on in the parking lot or on the front of the theater, so we had to drive around the area a bit to even find it and the parking lot. Even after the movie was over, the parking lot still was not lit up, which makes locating your car quite fun, not to mention the safety aspects of such a poorly lit place. Inside the lobby, there were only two self-serve ticket kiosks, and one was being taken up for an incredibly long amount of time by a very confused woman, so that left us waiting for quite a long time for the one usable kiosk. It would be much better if you could just do the QR code scanning where the ticket taker is like you can at Opry Mills. You obviously can't do that here, because they didn't even have a ticket taker! We could've just as easily waltzed right into the theater to watch the movie without buying a ticket. The worst part was the actual movie experience itself. When the trailers started, there was only audio and no video for quite a few minutes because it appeared that the projectionist did not switch over from the projector used for the commercials before the trailers to the main projector used for the trailers and movie. This wasn't a big deal, except once the trailers started I very quickly noticed that the framing was a bit off and that a lot of content was being cut off of the bottom of the screen. As the trailers went on and the movie started, it was very clear that both the top and bottom of the screen were cropped, as there were constantly shots with the top of actors' heads cut off and the opening credits frequently had names on the bottom that were cut off. I can only assume the sides were cropped as well since the whole screen was taken off. As someone who pays a lot of attention to visual quality and issues like incorrect framing and aspect ratios, this was a huge disappointment. I would never pay to see a movie like The Last Jedi here if there's a chance that issues like this are going to persist. I will come back in a month or two to test the theater out again on a less important movie to see if they've gotten their teething issues sorted out, but I would say for now, don't risk going to see a movie like The Last Jedi here, because they don't seem quite ready to actually be open for big feature films yet. The only plus was really that the theater was quite clean and the seats were very comfy, but that did not make up for the otherwise sub-par experience.
