Wonderfully beautiful theater! comfortable seats. My drink was good, but lost my appetite because of the seating issue. Apparently their website seating and the actual seats I purchased differ. I ended up sitting on the love seat next to my date rather than on the same love seat. I couldn't enjoy the movie and had a miserable time because of it. The manager was aware of the issue and ave me 2x my refund in free admission for another time. I will go back but will be very cautious at what seats I'm actually getting and will not likely order online again until they fix that issue!!!

The seat map online doesn't match the actual seating. so you could likely end up sharing the seat with a stranger rather than your date.  

The service and organization are lacking. Took over an 1 hour and 3 inquiries to finally get our drink order. It seemed that everyone in the theater was having the same issue with their food and drink orders, which made for a terrible and very distracting experience with the waiters constantly pacing in front of you during the movie. 

We've been to similar concept theaters around the world and this is honestly the worst one and the worst experience that we've had.

Great seats and screens.  I like that seats are all reserved so you don’t need to show up early for new movies.  We will be back many times.

People talked through the whole movie. Cocktail was too sweet and weak. I ordered food, it didn’t come and when I inquired they acted like they didn’t believe I ordered it and reordered it. Seats are comfortable but service is lacking.
