I honestly have not seen a movie theater like this before. What I think is great is the fact that you can order many types of food options. burgers, salads and all sorts of varieties of food,  in stead of just the standard popcorn and soda. You sit down in this beautiful plush seat with plenty enough of legroom for you to recline in. You have a tray table with a menu that sits on top of it. What you do is push the button next to your seat to call somebody to take your order. I ordered a burger and it was delicious. This is going to be my go-to theater from now on. I would say this is really a restaurant/movie theater. Awesome idea!

This used to be nice...but service has become universally bad.  Took a seat 30 minutes prior to the start of the movie, and pressed the button to order.  No response...5 minutes before the movie 1 guy came in to start taking orders from the front of the theater.  I found a manager talking and laughing with a bunch of employees (5) standing around the box office, I walked past another 6 food servers standing around in the hallway.  Nobody was focused on customers at all.  Finally got my order in during previews, after asking an employee for my food order, I finally got served 10 minutes into the movie...in the dark.  Servers talking in the back of the theater during the movie.  No refill of my tiny $6 soda...and then they expect a tip for service this bad.

In all I spent $60 for my wife and I to see a movie, get poor quality food and bad service.  

By the way...seats in auditorium 1 do not have a foot rest.

Going elsewhere...not an AMC fan anymore.

The food is usually pretty good and so are the drinks, but my last few times here my experiences were unpleasant. My boyfriend and I ordered about 80$ worth of food and drinks and after our experience we felt like it was a waste of money. The food came out so cold! The drinks didn’t come until we were almost done with the food. We had to eat half of our meal with nothing to wash it down. While I was eating I pressed the button again to at least get a soda while I waited on the drinks and they turned it off without asking what I wanted.  This happened the last couple of times I’ve been here. Before that I always had an amazing time. I felt like we should’ve ate somewhere else and just came for the movie. Not a good feeling after spending hard earned money.

Not all seats recline which we found out after we purchased tickets.  Service was not good - very slow and had to wait very long time in a theatre that was less than 1/4 full. Also limited menu options and very much overpriced for the qualify of food

First I must say this was my go to theatre. Big comfy chairs, great sound, beautiful picture and snagging food... But over the last year the food has declined drastically along with the service. In my last 3 visits my meal, which I What's order before the movie begins was brought to me best the end of the movie.and that's only after I have to page a server. 2 of those meals included chicken wings which look nothing like the picture on the menu (they did at 1 time) and were cold. They actually brought me cold chicken twice. That's the only draw back to this theatre... The food service is not A1 as it was in previous years. The food and the service is now a low C grade. Me and my family now eat before we come.
