We have been a big fan of the Paragon Ridge 8 since we started going here a few years ago. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and make sure the viewing experience begins in a positive way (usually with Ali inside the door), then remains that way. Yesterday I realized my phone had fallen out of my pocket in the comfy recliner seat. Staff members and management were very helpful in getting my phone back and keeping things calm until i reached that goal. Movie theaters are an endangered species, and the Paragon Ridge 8 makes an excellent case why seeing a great film in a good theater offers an experience we can never get elsewhere.

Great staff. Comfy seats. A tad more than some places in cost, but worth it. I've been going here for almost fifteen years, and the current version of this place is the greatest theatre a person could ask for. They've dived on the chance to fix every issue, and even gave us free tickets after there was an audio issue at the beginning of a movie.

Wonderful and cheerful young ladies and men greeted us and provided yummy popcorn and candy with directions to our seats. The recliners are a fantasic idea and very comfortable. BUT you charge WAY TOO MUCH for a box of candy and a bottle of water. It seems to me you should be charged for PRICE GOUGING!!!! The movie was good BUT ENTIRELY TOO LOUD! Have you checked your hearing lately?  I don't think it's necessary to contribute to early deafness of your fellow Americans! You should be ASHAMED of yourself! Repent your avarice. I won't be going to the movie theaters anymore it's too expensive and deafening.

Enjoyed the theater, all the seats are powered recliners. There is a custom pizza place in the lobby, making personal pizzas. The only thing is did not like, is that I am an overweight individual, and the recliners do not take into account that someone may not fit. The power controls were inside the seat, and any slight shift on my part triggered the controls, causing the seat to sit up or back at random. But most people would be fine.

Nice neighborhood theater.  Love the plush reclining chairs.  Never feels crowded.  Just wish they had restrooms on both sides of the building.
