Movie experience is fine. Service not so good. Servers do not respond to simple requests...napkins for example ( I had to ask 3 different servers 4 times). Cleanliness of eating areas is fair, most times they are not clean and sticky from prior use. Food quality is a 5 out of 10. I come back for the seating and convenience. Improvements in these areas are not difficult to make. Fingers crossed.

So cool, the staff sang "go home" to us as we were leaving our seats, apparently watching the credits deserves a serenade. My second favorite thing was being able to hear a staff party going on (in a break room adjacent to theatre 6 maybe) for the entire film. Third favorite thing is that I usually get to order my food and drinks after the film starts. I love it here.

This theatre ruined my movie experience!!!!!!! If you ever go to the cinema suite and sit at the very top toward the wall the very last seat in the row. Make sure to Keep an eye on the banister in front of you. Once the light go dim there are mouse running around. True story. I called the health department and they did nothing. AMC knows about the mouse and they are not doing anything about it. If you are a germafobic or A clean freak DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I repeat DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Like the table and seating setup. The Kentucky lemonade was good. However the Royal burger was horrible. Need to step the food quality up for the price.

Lovely theater experience! PROS: The staff were very friendly! and very accommodating. The theater itself was fairly clean. The screens are huge, the seats are very comfy (with a nice recline and cup holders), and ordering is super convenient (only a tap of a button to call a waiter) and pretty quick. CONS: The bathrooms were a bit gross tbh (smelly and damp). The lighting was a tad too bright in the theater for my taste, they used LED tape which was done a bit shoddily with peeling duct tape and shone in my eyes more than it illuminated the menus (which I had to used my phone to see). And finally they lit the lights at the end of the movie pretty darn early which is awkward if you're waiting for an end credits scene or you just want to loiter for a minute and finish your fries.
