Extremely annoyed with my experience here, I have never had such bad service at an AMC. I got my ticket at the /dine in theaters/ to find out only some theaters have the dine in feature and my movie was not in one of them. Then I was told I could order food for a non dine in theater and it would be delivered to me, so I went to the bar to order, patiently waited 7 minutes for the guy to oh so slowly keep doing what he was doing before helping me, to find out I would have to wait at the bar for my food after all, and by this point my movie already started so I decided against that having already waisted 10 minutes. I go to the concession to get some popcorn, asking politely for some without butter on top which is something I’ve been able to get at literally every theater I’ve been to in my life. The boys working behind he counter told me there was no way to make a bag of popcorn without butter topping..... right. Absolutely frustrated and incredulous to this place, I left for my movie already hungry and with 15 minutes of my movie gone! Thanks for nothing definitely not choosing this theater again.

If I could I wouldn't even rate it a 1! Horrible experience. Bought dine in tickets for no one to come take an order, turned on the light 35 min later someone came. This is a Tuesday! With only 3 other people in theatre the tables and menus are disgusting, extremely dirty and sticky. Worst AMC I've ever been too. Every one is extremely rude, there was no one at ticket booths no one to answer questions when I walked out to see if anyone coming I saw 2 servers standing outside theatres texting and when I asked if anyone was coming received a rude answer. This place needs some serious help.

If I could put a negative star I would. Purchased the dine in theater which was more money. Seats were torn up and had food all over them. Pricing of food and drinks is absolutely ridiculous. Will never come back or recommend this theater to anybody. Marcus theaters will always be better then AMC Theaters. Better pricing better staff and better seats. Very disappointed.

Horrible experience, barely average food. We are from out of town and most likely would not go back when we are in the area. After letting too many people in the theatre we were told we were going to have to leave. We were first ones there and had already had food delivered to our seats. Another family of 6 was also pulled out of the theatre. The managers were going to make room for them 1st even though they were local and could come another day. So after spending 50 bucks on tickets and 70 on food I was basically told they could box up our food for us but that was It! So I return to the movie after it started (crying by the way) to tell my family we had to leave. Going to this theatre was a big treat for us and supposed to be the highlight of our little getaway. As we are packing up another manager says it's ok go ahead and stay it looks like everyone has a seat. Not worth the horrible experience and crappy food.

To management, please please do a refresh of training on cleanliness and customer service for your staff. This is a beautiful movie theater, one of our favorites but the people working the concession stand and bar are so rude! I had a young lady take my card without saying hello, thank you, or even a smile. This is not acceptable. Customer service in Columbus is generally amazing, so please get it together! The dine-in theaters need to be cleaned thoroughly.  

Outside of that, it's centrally located, gorgeous building, comfortable seats with recliners. I love the dine-in theater option. The prices are higher but you're paying a premium for the convenience of being served food and drinks while watching a movie. This is definitely a must try in Columbus. I hope management hires more polite people and/or train existing employees on how to treat customers. Take a few notes from Marcus Crosswoods :-)
