Wow.  I saw Victoria & Abdul in my own private screening.  The sound was modulated.  Popcorn and soda have gone up in price.  My seat was comfortable. If only I were a paid movie critic.  
 At least seeing a film on a weeknight here means you won't be pressed.

After waiting in line at a kiosk in the lobby, it was not working. Neither was the other one. I've yet to go in there and have one working. They might as well remove them. Long lines for tickets. The theater itself is filthy! This AMC needs an upgrade like the others with leather loungers, etc. Poor customer service at the food counter. I wanted an ice cream novelty that was locked in one of the freezers adjacent to the line. They told me they were too busy to unlock it so I could get one. I will start going to Gateway in the future for all my movie viewing pleasure!

Waded through a pile of popcorn to get to a seat, took too long to get snacks, bathrooms were out of toilet paper and I almost tripped over a strip of flooring that separated from the wall.  This place is falling apart!

omg...if I am watching a 3D movie, it would be nice if they remembered to give us glasses. we missed first 10 min of movie. Thanks

This is the only movie theater that I still go to because they do not offer reserved seating. Went to see a movie a couple weeks ago with my family at another theater and some lady almost ripped our heads off because we accidently sat in her reserved seat.   

I love the fact that if I get a seat that I don't like or If I have trouble seeing that I can just move to another seat, which I do quite often. I like the fact that my anxiety is not flaring up at the sudden screen popping up asking me to choose a seat that I have no clue if it is in a good spot or not. Plus my partner amd I always buy our tickets separately, if it is reserved seating what if we don't get a seat together? what if I don't get the seat that I want?

If this theater moves to all luxury recliners (highly uncomfortable for me) and to reserved seating I am done with movie theaters forever.
