Went to see "The Last Jedi" on December 17, 2017. The updated seats and renovations are very nice, I bought my tickets online and didn't have to talk to anyone that worked there which is ideal. The good ends there. 1/4 of the way through the movie the house lights turned on breaking mine and others attention away from the movie and on to our surroundings. They were on for about 10 minutes until someone went to go tell a staff member. I would have done it but if you're in the middle it's hard to squeeze yourself out when others' seats are reclined. The theatre was also HOT. I was sweating during the movie. My forehead and back remained moist for the duration of the film. I assumed I was being needy or something but after my girlfriend (who could be cold outside in July if there was a slight breeze) even said she was hot. Walking out of the theatre in to the lobby was the lost refreshing thing that happened to me that day. Now on to the worst part. After the 2.5 hour movie I didn't want to miss a second of, I had t use the restroom. I walked in to one of the most disgusting bathrooms I've ever used. I spent 2 years in the Peace Corps and the holes with thatched walls were nicer than this. The floor was soaked in urine, the seat was dripping...with urine. This bathroom hadn't been looked at, or cared for by a staff member is a very long time. As I walked out I noticed there were foot prints coming out, urine foot prints.

It's a nicely remodeled theater with comfy reclining seats. It's clean and I like the atmosphere. I wish the seats had cup holders on every arm rest because if someone next to you has a drink you have nowhere to put yours. Also the staff is not very friendly. Very low energy and just going through the motions. But overall I'm there for the movie experience and that part is well done.

My wife and I have been here a handful of times in the last few months and really enjoy coming to this theater! It's easy to get to, plenty of parking, and the theaters themselves are great! Comfy reclining seats, and if you go in the morning on the weekends, the tickets are dirt cheap. The popcorn has also always been good when we've gone.

2 people in a pickup truck tried to kidnap me in the parking lot after the movie.... 
I was in my car alone, literally backing out of my spot when a truck pulls up behind me, blocking me from being able to leave. Some man gets out of the passenger side, grabs an ax from the bed of the truck and starts walking around the truck headed for my car. I panic and start backing up even though I'm about to hit this truck and the driver, I don't care. I gotta get out of there. The driver notices me backing up towards them and slowly moves the truck out of the way (i dont even know where the guy with the ax is at this point) and when I get barely any room to move, I put the car in drive and turn my steering wheel as fast as I can, almost hitting another parked car. But I manage to squeeze outta there and speed off. But that was so weird and scary. I don't think I'll ever be able to come back to this theater. I think I'll stick to the AMC in arlington because at least they have security.
