About

We offer a premium movie-going experience that caters to adults but is family friendly. We offer an in-theatre dining experience featuring first-run movies combined with a wide range of chef prepared menu selections.

Story

Movie Tavern requires minors to be accompanied by an adult guardian, encouraging families to enjoy our offerings together while maintaining a pleasant experience for all of our guests.

As a courtesy to our guests, children ages 6 and under are not allowed into R-rated movies.

A great selection of food & drinks including alcoholic beverages all served in-cinema at an affordable price, is what separates Movie Tavern from other cinemas.

How Does It Work?
At Movie Tavern, guests are encouraged to arrive 45 minutes prior to their movie show time. This allows them to select their seats and decide which chef-inspired appetizer, entree or dessert they would like to enjoy during the movie or relax and eat in our bar. We also carry a wide selection of your favorite in-cinema treats such as fresh popcorn, candies and more.

Our unobtrusive servers are there to assist you with ordering food in the cinema before the movie begins. With a push of a button, your server can be there to assist you when you need another cocktail or have decided on a dessert.

Worst experience ever at this location! We had been having trouble with our card that day and proactively asked the waiter to please check if our card was working with their system to avoid any issues. He had confidently swiped it and told us yes that it was working fine. Since we are customers, and not employees, we took his word for how their system worked and proceeded to order. Halfway through the movie we were told that our card was declined. We had asked to speak to a manager and explained to him the situation in which they insisted we were still in the wrong because "that is not how their system works" and "you can't charge a card until the food arrives" which is completely fine if the employee would have told us that their system did not work that way before we ordered the situation would have been avoided completely because we would not have ordered otherwise. But I do not understand how they expected us, as customers, to know how their system worked especially when we had been instructed by our waiter that it would be fine. They would not even admit fault on the waiter's part even though he had told us inaccurate information. We are willing to admit that the card declining was our fault and were trying to fix it but they were not willing to admit that their employee was at fault for misinforming us. It eventually escalated into a verbal argument that ended with the manager kicking us out of the theatre without refunding our tickets despite getting through less than half of the movie. I believe they were rude to us because they assumed we were trying to walk out on our bill or argue our way into a comped meal, which we were not. The entire time my boyfriend was talking to the manager I was on the phone with my bank to see what the problem was and there was just a temporary block on the card (because it was a new card) and the manager did not let us complete the call/resolve the issue/explain ourselves clearly before he kicked us out. After he had kicked us out the bank released my hold and I was able to pay them for our food which might have been done sooner if they weren't so accusatory. The employees definitely need more training and the manager should be trained on resolving issues better without making customers feel unwelcome or attacked.

I've been to this movie theather several times and I've enjoyed the experience. However the food was a total disappointment. The quantity and quality of food was over priced, and there was not enough food for the price charged. To make matters worse, the ticket attendant was totally unprofessional and very unfriendly.

The seats suck! Way over priced menu. Paid 14 dollars for an alcoholic drink that had zero alcohol. Will not be going back to the over rated place

I come here because I can get a good drink while I'm watching a movie. I order their version of a long island tea and a margarita. They have regular same large size, so I ordered both large sizes. As a bar tender I've learned a few basic things that every bar tender should know (which this girl doesn't), how to pour. This girl stiffed me on my liquor. I'm not trying to pay $14 for a drink when I'm not getting my money's worth. Get these girls some real training before they get begin the bar.
