Great location, easily accessible by the T (local  metro bus or train transportation). It has a sit down bar to enjoy becore or after a show depending on time you attend a show. Its very easy to see from the street (in front of the building only). It is large with plenty viewing time option. It is one of my favorite Boston theatre locations. However, it is disappointing the the cost of admission is reflective of its location; significantly  higher than other theatre locations.

I am at the AMC Theater in downtown crossing as we speak. As I wait in line for my food I asked if they had the caramel corn and the young man that was the cashier quickly said there were none, which was a lie. When me and my friend went to the pick up spot to pick up her food, there were caramel corn and I asked the young lady that was serving my friend and she said “ yes we have some, and the guy that was serving probably did not want to come get it”. This is absurd, I expected better costumer service since I always come to this theather. You guys need to do better and I’m nice enough to not ask for manager and just let it go because I didn’t want to wait in line again and miss my movie. Next time it won’t be this easy. I advise you guys to change the crew and train them to have better costumer service skills.

Nice theatre, always clean and good service. There are two levels and a large concession stand on the second floor. Popcorn butter is do-it-yourself. They have a great deal on $7 movie tickets for all shows before noon. Conveniently located near the orange, green and red lines across from the Boston Common. This has been the new location for Saturday midnight Rocky Horror Picture Show since the Harvard Square theatre closed. *Accessibility: Ramped entrance, elevator and escalator inside. Wheelchair space and companion seating in theatres.

It's an AMC, pretty standard fare all around. The movie was pretty empty so that was a nice bonus. The venue itself was clean and well maintained so if you're looking for a pretty standard movie going experience this is the place for you

Only bother if this is the last place available.  Just expect extremely slow lines and disorganization all over the place.  It may also be a shitshow and if you're lucky enough you can see the staff yelling at each other with completely different orders on how to organize big box office releases.  I'd say that's and perfect scenario to sit back and enjoy the show with popcorn since it's literally already in hand.  Also just bring in your own food and drinks, it's not illegal and is an urban legend that they can do something about it.  Not only is the stuff they sell extremely overpriced, it takes forever for less quality than a gas station option.

Their facilities are nice with clean bathrooms.  Great sound quality.
