Shameful venue. Before the movie, I went to the men's room. You could smell it from the concession stand. G-R-O-S-S. I couldn't hold it, so I went in. My left foot stuck to the floor. Never seen so much pubic hair on a bathroom floor. The toilets? Don't even. Each time I go, I order hot dogs with my ticket, and each time, those lazy gals are NEVER prepared. They're supposed to be open and ready for business at movie show times. I've often been the only one in line, so it's not like they're swamped. I went to see Black Panther 24 February, ordered two hot dogs. After I waited an unacceptable ten minutes, I asked her if they were ready. She came back with two cold hot dogs. Please, save yourself a ton of grief and take your family and your hard-earned money to another location. Anywhere but this petri dish.

Some of the staff were impolite and unwelcoming. One of them started yelling at people to leave, when the movie just ended. I understand that they needed to clean for the next movie, but there was no need to be so aggressive. The bathroom was disgusting. Although they now have recliners, the seats felt stiff and were a bit uncomfortable. Compared to the other theaters I've gone to, this one has less seating. Also, they have these dividers in between rows that obstructed my view at the back row. Furthermore, I could hear the movie next door.

Only one ticket taker so the line was ridiculously long (100'-125'). Plus they jumped on the assigned seating bandwagon. I'd rather go to a slightly smaller theater, still digital projection mind you, 15 minutes away and pick my own damn seat like a grown up. I'm all done with AMC at this point. On another note, the guy selling tickets couldn't do simple math and operate a register. Didn't give me my change then when I asked about it he just handed me money without counting it. Worked out for me lol hence the reason they got 2 stars

Going to the movie has become so fancy. It's not a bad thing, especially for couple who are going on there first date, dinner a movie, you can do all right there. You can literary have dinner at the movie theater and if thats not you can even end the date with a drink at the bar.

Really convenient to buy tickets online and scan it on my phone. The bar as you wait is cool. Theatre not too clean but chairs comfee.
