What the hell! - 3D not working - 30 Minutes Late - Movie Started with scene in the middle of Movie (Star Wars) - House Lights in middle of movie for 15 min - No House lights (pitch black) - after credits - Sound was awful (Theatre 14) I get it, we got a voucher, I appreciate that. However, if the movie is starting 30 minutes late (send in someone to calm the masses), If you know that the lights timing of the movie is not going to work as evidenced by your entire day of showing this movie, send in the two people that were sitting and joking while we filed out at the end with flashlights so that people can see without falling when they leave. I talked to the Manager, basically to vent at 1:45 am in the morning, and not only did he chuckle while I was explaining calmly, but blamed it solely on Disney sending corrupt files, which I understand, out of your hands, I get it. But the very least he could have done is apologize and explain that you were doing the best I can and ALSO try not to chuckle in frustration at a person, someone who has paid you to entertain them with STAR WARS none the less. One Sorry would have solved the problem. The place was Filthy, I know that you were dealing with a bunch of nerds (myself included) and you were packed, but there were tons of people standing around with doing nothing with AMC shirts on. Trash was overflowing, the "bar" area was disgusting. Managers need some Training on professionalism, courtesy, and customer relations, and not to mention on how to handle there staff standing around with there thumbs in there butts.

Very good place to spend some time before or after the movie. Popcorns are great but you might not get them for the late night shows. Seating is very comfortable here. Lots of theatre rooms. They play Indian regional movies as well.

SO GOOD! Comfortable leather recliners as seats, butter your own popcorn, choose/reserve your own seats.... AMAZING! This place spoils you. Dont mention food delivery to your seat.

I enjoy the seats but they were covered with popcorn butter on the arms and popcorn with butter on the part I sit on. I don't want my clothes ruined. If this continues I will not return, no matter how comfortable the seats are.

It was a typical Cineplex. A good place to see a Hollywood movie. There was nothing special about it. Conceding was comfy the sound system was decent dim the screen was a good size in the theater that I was in. But like I said it was your typical Cineplex period the same as any other AMC or Showcase Cinema.
