Great place. It took some getting used to, but I actually like the assigned seating. I can now show up 20 minutes later than the showtime to skip the trailers and still get the seat I want. I believe most trailers spoil the movies that they are advertising for, except for a few teaser trailers. I have a funny suggestion though about the snack menu. Whenever I go see a movie, I always sneak in a box of Mike&Ike's. I know that most of the profits come from snack sales, so I feel guilty every time I do it, but the honest truth is that I love Mike&Ike's more than any other snack food a theater could sell. I would be willing to pay theater price for Mike&Ike's, but you don't sell them! Could you add them to the menu? Thanks.

I would love to give this spot 5 stars due to comfortable seating and reclining seats but I cannot due to the severe gross conditions! Paid $45 to be able to enjoy a long awaited movie only to sit in filth popcorn and soda cups everywhere crumbs covering the floor! We waited to go in until the movie was over hoping someone would be going in to clean but nobody arrived to clean it. On top of everything else staff was not friendly at all need to hire people who actually care enough about their jobs. Had a great experience the 1st time this 2nd time was a real deal breaker.

The customer service was nice, the seats were awesome plush recliners. I enjoyed my movie. Only thing I didn’t like was when we arrived 20 mins before our movie start time, we stood outside in the hallway waiting for cleaning. I felt like that should’ve been scheduled better. Overall is was great!

Visited this theater on 12/28/17. Very pricey. Employees were friendly. Popcorn is not freshly popped but out of a plastic bag in the back that they pour into the glass case. 1 of the 2 butter machines was not working. Coke Freestyle machines were a mess, were out of most flavors and some were covered in ice. One main restroom near the entrance- far walk from the theater we were in. Worse part was the heat was broken and we only found out after buying our tickets and snacks-55 degrees in the theater. Seats did recline and were comfortable. Contacted AMC about conditions- will see if they have any remedy to the bad experience. *Update: 2 weeks after contacting AMC I received an apology from the cooperate level and was sent free tickets and snack coupons to give the theater another try. I have not visited it yet but will update again when I do.

The only reason this place gets 2 stars is because it shows movies and I love movies. If you are planning to go to this theater and you think because you have ordered your tickets in advance you are in the clear, you are wrong. I sat 40 minutes that began with 10 people in front of me and I was lucky. The theater has two lines and I was in the shortest one. The other line went to the door. I was afraid I was going to miss my movie because I couldn't get a Coke. If you end up going here make sure you give yourself at least an hour before your movie starts. With regards to the seating, they are supposed to be recliners, but your feet don't go all the way up.
