In my opinion ever since AMC has taken over the theater it has went downhill in different ways. For instance. When Starplex Cinemas was in charge you could order a large combo and you could get a 1 refill (POPCORN AND LARGE DRINK) FREE. But with AMC you must belong to the AMC MOVIE CLUB before you can get anything at all. You also had a better idea on movies that where getting ready to show in a more timely manner and not 2 or 3 days before they came out.

Had to remove my 6 year old from the premier of Beauty and the Beast due to an awful family behind us. They had two out of control children banging our seats with their boosters for over 45 minutes and had light up shoes that kept lighting the theatre up like a disco ball. The parents would loudly reprimand these children with zero effectiveness. The manager claimed that she had staff members walk in and monitor the theatre, but it's unlikely. Three families removed themselves from a premier, yet management couldn't locate the problem. After my family finally decided that enough was enough, the manager was quite rude and refused to refund us even after the entire situation was thoroughly explained and a refund was specifically requested. We were finally given passes, but what good are they if we have no intentions to return ever again. $32+ for a family of three to partially view a movie that we didn't get to enjoy, a complete headache from the unsupervised and topped with utter disrespect from management. Disastrous.

Just finished watching Logan and by the time the movie was over everyone was sweating. Nothing to do with the movie, they just didn't have the air on. 

Then after waiting 15 minutes to make a complaint after the movie, not one employee was able to be found, including knocking on all the employee doors. 

Usually a pretty good evening, but this time was horrible. 

The movie, however, was very good.

Good movies.  Great staff.  Hate that you have to Google theater shows and times. Its not very efficient.

I have to say the movie theater has changed in a good way. The prices are cheap and I love the seating.
