Review edit: I reviewed this originally before we went in to the theater. The entrance area, the local market, Black White, all wonderful. Our theater experience however, AWFUL. 

We have been patrons of this theater for over five years, and whenever we want to treat guests to a movie night this was our go to spot. After the horrible service last night, state of uncleanliness of the business, and the condition of the seating, we were in theater 18, we may never return. 

Customer experience suffers greatly, not due to the employees, but due to the management decision to have "premium" services. Where at one time, every customer was treated with respect and the courtesy of fast efficient service, now the majority of customers wait in a ridiculously long line, while other staff stand by with their hands tide for a non existent line of "premium" customers. We saw this at both the ticket counter and at the concession stand. 

I am sorry, but service that should be considered standard in the industry, is not premium just because you bottleneck the average customers. What that is, is just POOR SERVICE PERIOD.

Our first experience EVER, where I was genuinely embarrassed to bring family and friends to the theater. 

Please take the time to reevaluate your policies where customer service is concerned.

Staff is there to earn a paycheck, not friendly at all. No customer interaction. (It wasn't rush hour& there was not a large line. 3 people in line including the customer at the counter.) 
They don't have salt packets & they don't salt the popcorn. I would live to be able to put a little salt throughout the popcorn without having to load up on it all on top. 
The screens are big& the pictures are clear, only reason they get a 3 star.

Go on TUESDAYs for the best prices. This place is great. Never had a problem with the staff, prices are awful but standard, you won't find better. On Tuesday's tickets are $5 and there's deals at the concession place too. I always get the super huge bucket of popcorn that you wash and bring back for the rest of the year to get a cheaper price. We usually split the bucket between 4 people with no problem. Theater, restrooms and halls are all clean and well maintained. This is our go to movie theater.

Do you want a nice theater with an effective rewards program?  AMC Sundial 20 is worth considering.  With an arcade, a nice concessions stand, special lines for high-level members, and great theater rooms, this theater is definitely worth your time.  My only regret is that the old concessions options are gone.  I mourn for the funnel cake!

In my opinion, AMC needs to put a little money back into the seating area. Other theatres in the area are investing in more comfortable seating, and that makes a difference in enjoyment.

The Sundial has a great location, and can be a nice stop in a fun evening downtown, but my butt prefers the recliner seats at the Cobb @Tyrone.
