Inside(lobby)is a little dated and could use some work. Having the box office at the top of a steep set of steps makes for what may be an uncomfortable wait if that is how you're picking up your tickets.

On the "plus" side - the reclining seats are very nice. Plenty of space to walk down a row without bumping into people. Staff is always helpful.

I attended this theater on Feb. 17, 2018 to see Fifty Shades. First impression, I was asked by the attendant to see inside my handbag. I asked what is it you’re looking for?? He stated “weapons” & I responded in that case shouldn’t you have a metal detector and he stated this is what he’s told to do. If your looking for weapons and your only checking my bag, I could of easily had a weapon on me. If that’s really the reason get a metal detector. This is invasion of privacy! Even at the airport or court house  it goes through detector, no one personally looks in your bag. I will never visit again, I’ll stick to the The Cobb or AMC!!!

I attended this theatre around a month to 3 weeks ago. I was served by a pleasant young lady, whom I have since forgotten her name. She was taller and wore glasses. I was having a rough day, but the pleasantry of her service and smile, turned my experience around. There was another gentleman working besided her whom was very helpful when it came to movie descriptions and advice in my future movie-explorations. I seldom write reviews, but given my experience, I wanted to pay my respects— so to speak. The theatre itself, unfortunately, is very dated, not well-kept, and difficult to find parking. Because of the inconvenience, I must give only 3 stars. Thank you.

I bought tickets to see Black Panther the day before and I reserved seats towards the back because sitting up front makes me feel nauseated. When we get there, they notify us that the theater had changed and we’ve been moved to the third row. It would have been nice to have some sort of notice or possibly have our seats tansferres with some similarity to what they were previously. We were moved from row H to row C. I’d like to know what their logic was. At least we got a refund. Won’t be going back to this theater.

Friendly, customer service oriented staff makes for a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Clean theater and rest room, comfortable seating. Everything was perfect.
