The only thing good about this place are their seats, because they recline and are comfortable which is great. The bathrooms are dirty, the staff are no help at all and were not to be found when needing help, i mean no were to be found at all, not one staff member. We where waiting for an hour before we left since no one was around to let us in, after i purchased the tickets online. Their service and staff are horrible, and the place looks like a homeless center, very dirty. It's a shame that all the remodeling and money that was put into this theater, was a waste. This place has really went down.

Theater is nice, concession overpriced as usual. Sound and picture were good, temperature inside comfortable. 
When movie was over, I was appalled at how dirty the place looked. Trash cans were overflowing with trash. The bathroom was disgusting. There were paper towels thrown all over the floor because the trash can was full. There was toilet paper thrown all about the stalls. Not sure there last time it was checked, but that was unacceptable. The amount of money I just spent there for a family, and to see this. Management should be ashamed!!

People sit where ever they like. Knowing full well they had to pick a seat off a screen and had received a ticket with a letter and number. Since they went through the process i don't feel comfortable saying that's my seat. So they should be reminded to sit in their proper chair, just as we are reminded not to text and talk.

Cushy chairs for the tushy which reclineeeeeeee—yep: this place calls my name and I’m a film enthusiast so I frequent the place a lot . The new liquor bar is fun too and while the booze might be pricey the soft drinks aren’t cheap either in any theatre.  I’ve always enjoyed the presentations here; you will as well.

If you have AMC Premier, because they will treat you like a STANDARD MEMBER. WAITED IN LINE FOREVER!!!
