I was looking for a beach rental in Amelia Island that was pet friendly and found their website. Booking the Condo was easy and the ocean view was awesome! I will definitely use them again next year.

The company is very responsive when booking, has a lot of options and can be helpful when you have issues.   The reason for the 3 stars is because the quality of each unit (which is individually owned) can vary greatly.  The unit in which I am currently staying has bare light bulbs in the fans, curtains that don't fully cover the windows, blinds that are literally falling apart and a refrigerator covered in rust spots.  It also had a non-working sink, porch light and dryer issue.  The last three issues were immediately fixed by the rental agency.  My complaints about the quality of the accommodations were ignored.
