The people that do the work are great but if I could give the office people a zero I would! Always changing my appointment time and sometimes not coming at all. I've sat many hours waiting for them to show up. Don't even call you to let you know not coming. I've been with them for about 6 years and it seems like they are getting worse. When I do call for an appointment phone goes dead or they say can't hear me! Really I do know what's going on. I've tried to have Brandon call me but I don't think he is getting my messages or he is ignoring my concerns. I will be going to a different compant next year. I would not repeat not recommend this company to do anything for you. It has just gone down hill big time. Like I said next year when I come back I'll get another company to do my services. I do have a termite contract with them so will continue  that until it expires.

My experience with Amera was awesome!  Shane sprayed my house, he was very professional,  and the best part no bugs.

For a small pest control company that started off with one guy and one truck. It has grown to be a well respected business. They do what they say they will do plus they work real hard into giving great customer service. They ain't happy till you is happy.
