If I could leave zero stars I would. This place is awful. I took my daughter's all white martial arts uniform here on Wednesday for pickup on Thursday. I explained when I got there that part of the logo on the back was coming up a little, and that I was aware, and would not hold them responsible. I got there Thursday to pick it up, and there were more stains then when I dropped it off! It looked like someone spilled coffee on the pants and they made sure to fold that part inward so you wouldn't see it right away,and the same kind of stain on the jacket. The part that really pisses me off, they took the entire logo off the back! (Picture below of what it was). I asked for a manager and they told me she wouldn't be in until Friday. I left my info with specific times to reach me on Friday. I didn't hear from her so called after work and she was gone for the day, and I went I to get what was left of the uniform since they were supposed to re-clean it, and it still was stained! I have yet to hear from anyone.. I will never take anything here again, and recommend if you do, to take before and after pictures. Apparently the manager was more concerned with starting her Holiday weekend than taking care of customers. Saturday update: still no call from the manager, went in to pick up the uniform after 3 supposed cleans now and it looked just as stained. I was told the manager "couldn't make it in today" (convienent) and they didn't know when she'd get back to me, but decided they weren't responsible for anything, and wouldn't even give me a refund for the cleaning they didn't do.

How many times I asked -NO CREASE" on my pants but to my dismay it always comes out WITH CREASE, they did redo it but it came out the same and messed up with white shirt with more stains scattered all over the shirt and double lines on pants. It is annoying. One shirt got lost and they don't care considering they got my contact number but no single call I have ever received. I asked for the manager but no definite time when she is able to accommodate me. How I wish I can find a cleaner owned by Asians.

I took in a pair of shorts with Pine Tar stains on them. Of course I sprayed them, then washed and dried them. Stains remained. These were new shorts and I figured they were ruined. I took them to Premier Cleaners and they got the stains out. Cost $2.50. What a great service and extremely nice people that work there. I highly recommend Premier Cleaners.

Avoid if you care for your clothes! First, let me say it's not always been this way, they have new management and it's gone down hill fast! I've been a customer for YEARS. Never had an issue with how they do business or how I've done business. My normal routine is to simply drop off and pick up at the same time. Sometimes this is more than the 30 days the ticket says but nobody has ever said a word and there's never been an issue. However, the most recent time I went in, I dropped off and paid and when I went to get my last order, it was no where to be found. They looked and said it wasn't there. She said sometimes when it's left longer than 30 days, they donate the clothing..... Ok, well, that seems pretty quick to donate someone's items but I asked if they call before they do that and was advised yes. Well....I never received a call! So then she says she was going to look at my previous orders. When she does, she shows me that the system says I picked them up 5 days earlier?? I advised I didn't, and I still have my ticket. So now, she doesn't know what happened. She has to talk to the manager, so I have to wait. After not getting a call back I call, and the manager has no clue what I'm talking about so she has to look. Advises I already picked them up. After I explain the entire thing, she has no clue either. She has to talk to the owner. After not getting a call back AGAIN, I go in to pick up my other items (because God knows I'm not leaving them there any longer than I needed to) and was told the owner was gone and wouldn't be in all week. I ask for the owners number "we can't give that out". So, nobody will call me back, and I can't get a number to call??? Great customer service. Meanwhile, I'm trying to pick up my most recent drop off, mind you it's only been 3 days. And she can't find it!!! Finally after looking for 15 minutes she finds it. Says 'It was put on the wrong rack". Ok, so....maybe my other shirts are? Nope, nothing. So I'm out 8 dress shirts (easy $400) and can't get a call back or a number to talk to anyone. If you want to play Russian Roulette with your clothing, use this place. Because eventually, you'll lose and be out money and clothing. Oh, and did they refund the money from the shirts they threw out? Nope! So I PAID for them to lose my shirts! STAY AWAY!!!
