They did a fantastic job.  Very professional, customer satisfaction is important to them.  They arrived on time, worked hard, addressed any concerns I had and did a beautiful job.  Not the least expensive but independent reviews sold me on their workmanship and it turned out the reviews were right.  I would definitely recommend them.

Really pleased with this company and their work. From meeting with the sales rep, the people I spoke with on the phone, and the team on the job, we experienced top notch customer service. Like other reviewers, our meeting with the sales rep was very informative and honest. That was one of the big reasons we went with Ameri-Dry (aside from the price being quite reasonable). 

When the team came to do the work they did a good job of covering furniture and making sure they wouldn't track much through the house, which was very much appreciated. They also consulted me before slightly changing the plan for installation, which did not come with added cost. Once complete, the crew spent a lot of time cleaning up. I was very surprised with the amount of care they took in putting the place back together and making sure it was cleaned up. You could hardly tell there had been jackhammering and sawing for most of the day!

Most importantly, the system is working. With all of the rain, there have been no indications of issues or dampness in the basement.

No cheap “sales” tactics.  Their inspector was straight forward and honest.  He gave us one price and stuck to it, no game playing, no calling back later with a better deal…very admirable.  Also, a friend, who is an engineer recommended Ameri-Dry and I respect his opinion.  Reasonable price and outstanding workmanship, it was an absolute pleasure doing business with them. I highly recommend!

They installed a waterproofing system in my house this past weekend, and really rescued me from a bad situation.  Ameri-Dry stepped in after another company got in over their heads at our house, and they took care of the situation, and did so at a very fair price and in record time.  I am grateful to them, and I would give them my highest recommendation.
