Max Jones, is one of the most professional individuals i have ever worked with when it came to asking a simple question like a Line of Credit. His literally pulled out all options and explained every bit of the policies and terms. Also bent over backwards to help with my endless questions about building credit. I will continue to drive out of my way to do any business here.

Love dealing with AFCU. I predominantly bank with USAA but I do have accounts with America First Credit Union due to having multiple vehicle loans with them. They are easy to communicate with and understand that people are more than simply numbers and credit scores.

I came in to get change for my store and was laughed and pointed at because I needed quite a bit of change. Lost all respect for the workers here. I had to make another transaction at the drive up window. I pulled in and was not greeted so I sat there while the teller just stared at me. I was thinking the teller was busy and again I was pointed at and was given rude looks by two separate tellers. Very unprofessional. Very unpleasant place to go into and they need new workers who know what customer service means. I will not set foot in this bank again. If I could do zero stars I would.

The lady whose desk is directly to the left once you walk inside. Short hairs redhead lady (can't remember name because she wasn't someone you could remember) BARELY says a word which made me feel awkward, her body language makes her seem like she's not genuine, and to be honest, my biggest pet peeve is when a company hires someone to deal with people all day but the person does not know how to deal with people. If I had good credit and would have gotten approved for an acct, probably would have done everything to not work with her and avoid her. Guess its a good thing I didn't. Good luck!
