I don't understand why this branch has a 3.5 stars these people must be crazy.... My experience with Chad ,Laura, and all the tellers is top notch they go out of there way to take care of you if theres a problem they fix it.. Thank you for your great Awesome service guys.

Bank fees are very sneaky on this institution, there is no fee one day but if they know that there is an incoming deposit or something they will look in to it and charge for every single item and charge you fees like crazy. I hate when they do that. I remember chase used to do that and guess what they got audit and fine for wrongdoing.

all about the member and helping the member succeed in business!!!! more like lets give the business owner a big runaround and not help them succeed!!!!! piece of work bank!! i expect to have a big name bank give me a runaround but not a credit union who is suppose to be non profit and suppose to help their members, WHAT A JOKE
