The absolute worst food and service I have ever seen!! ! The cashier named Bahim informed me that he is the manager he didn’t agree that the food was drenched so much so that it fell a part smh he doesn’t need to be the face of customer service RUDE DIRTY AND AGGRESSIVE ! ALSO The cook needs training on how to cook and to be taught how to clean the grill …. I ordered a chicken Philly combo with wings and they stated 10 min it was not ready so I had to wait maybe 3 min just for my fries to be warm like it they cooked them before my order was done! I asked for fresh fries and the man said no ! I really didn’t like that especially if I’m spending money at your establishment which they closed at 11pm and it was 10:16pm so they had time to make new fries smh
Cashier was rude. Lack customer service skills. When my order was messed up and I corrected it the Cashier argued with me about it. They use old oil on fries. I used to frequent the Hampton location a lot, but not anymore. I have seen this same Cashier be rude, arrogant, and argue with other customers. The folks working at this location should treat customers with respect. Fix orders that are messed up, give people a refund without arguing. Do yourself a favor, You can find good wings and better customer service somewhere else.
My order took a little while despite there not being too many people in the store, but the wait was worth it. I had the Hot Teriyaki wings and they were excellent. You could tell the wings were fresh because the bones were not black. When I approached the counter to compliment them they were grateful for the nice words.Recommended dishesHot Wings

Ordered for my son from a different state. The gentleman that answered the phone was extremely rude and would not help me. Hung up on me twice! Will never order from here again!Food: 2/5
Wish I could rate it ZERO stars!!! It used to be one of our favorite spots. Now, they only give you ONE complimentary seafood sauce cup small with a full Fish and shrimp meal for $17. The chicken tenders we ordered were overcooked and dry, the fries weren't seasoned AT ALL, the fish was salty as ever. They changed their hot sauce, and it is HORRIBLE!! Would not recommend!!!
