Problem, I always have a problem at this location they can't seem to make the pan pizza right. Whether it's cut wrong baby pieces or not leveled right or taste weird or burned. I don't go to this location anymore. If I could I wouldn't even give it a star. Here are my pictures I spent $45 on 4 pizzas can't understand why they can't get it right like the other locations. I've had to return four pizzas before. Went back again to that same location like a fool it was the same thing but I didn't return it because I had to work in the morning and picked it up 11:00 that night won't make the same mistakes again for the third time. I have learned my lesson.
Mom saw an ad on TV we tried Domino's after a year or two. I used to work at a different location years ago. Our order is just pathetic. The employees can't even squirt the garlic sauce on the pizza crust without hitting the cardboard or the cheese. The pizzas are pretty overdone and the crust is just at the limit of being burnt. Honestly don't come to this location if you want their mediocre deals.
I ordered a deluxe pizza for delivery. I waited longer than the eta. When the pizza arrived, it had nothing except for cheese.and alfredo sauce. This is the only most recent screw up. There was a time before this that we ordered a pizza around 9 pm and it was delivered around 2 am according to our ring camera and left outside. No one rang the doorbell and it was hours after it was supposed to be delivered. We didn't find it until the next morning.
My pizza is always great, especially when I found out the had pan pizza however, their wings that my husband love so much tend to not be prepared as well as their other items. It never has enough sauce. I never complain because my husband would get home and put more sauce on them but this time, it was almost none on the wings. Just do better please.
New York Style pizza: When I arrived to pick up my pizza, it may have had 5 pieces of sausage, 8 pieces of pepperoni, and you couldn't see the bacon. This young lady wasn't satisfied, and I wasn't either. This young lady made me a fresh pizza. She was very professional, and I could tell that she cares about her customers and customer satisfaction. THANK YOU for your service.
They need more help and more drivers. This place is always understaffed probably how Dominos likes it because they get more profits. They never have enough people so your order takes like 2 hours.Food: 3/5
You have got to be kidding me. Last night We ordered a pizza online around 12:20ish and it said 65+ mins. Cool. No problem. 1:15 rolls around and the app says he'll be here at 1:17 so we go down to the lobby and wait. Our delivery time keeps getting pushed back further as we watch on the app. the driver is driving around the area and all of sudden it says delivered. So we call and the Guy who answered got my order number and said the order was unable to be delivered because they couldn't find my address and that they had tried to call twice and couldn't reach me. Excuse me what?! I did Not have even one phone call or I would have answered. So this Dmitri character the driver straight up lied and said he had attempted to call twice and no one answered. So instead of them fixing the issue by bringing it to me, they said the store was closed and no one is able to deliver it! Well, what happened to our pizza? Did the driver eat it? Why can't you bring me the pizza now since you are the one that messed up? Not only this but the guy who answered kept putting me on hold "to speak with his manager". Then finally he comes back on phone and blurts out we are canceling the order and refunding you and HANGS up the phone. Very rude!!!
Hello so my problem is I walked into the store 3003 w mercury blvd A.Hampton ,Va 23666 and I ordered 2 boxes of pizza and some wings well done I payed 26 $and some change they told me it would be a 15 min wait so I waited and when I went back in the store because I did go to my car for a few they told me it would be another 15 min wait so I waited some more now finally my pizza is ready they took it out the oven and have it sitting before they actually cut it and put it in the box as this is happening i observed delivery drivers walking in and handling food without washing they hands which is gross they finally hand me my food I leave and make it home it was about a 10 min commute I proceed to try and feed my family they dinner and as I was pulling the pizza apart the cheese from one slice was taking all the cheese and meat from the other slice because the pizza wasn’t cut properly and the pizza was also very dry! Now I open the supposed to be well done wings and to eat it they barely was sauced up which was suppose to be buffalo and very chewy not well done at all so now I’ve had enough I called the store and I got a manager name Devin or at lease he said he was the manager Giving him the benefit of the doubtbut didn’t act like a manager at all I explain to him about my pizza cuz that was my biggest problem and talked about the wings but not really like how I was talking about the pizza and he said well I don’t even see your order I said yes I did he asked for my number I said well I don’t think I gave my number because it was carryout but I can give my ticket number so he says to me yeah your food was like that because it was sitting here for 40 mins before you actually came and got it I said no that’s not true because I came in and ordered and never left the store I was actually standing in the store waiting for my food so he says we’ll bring all the food back up here and I’ll give you a refund I explained to him if he can send one of his drivers cause I’m unable to come back he says NO i said well what can you do he says I cant do nothing for you you at this point I said well can you at lease do a credit and next time I come I’ll bring the old food he says no then he says fine I’ll give you 15 dollars I said I payed 26 dollars he said well that was for the wings and I said yes the wings were a problem to he said no you never mentioned the wings I said yes I did he says the calls are recorded you never mentioned the wings as to say I’m lying mind you his whole persona over the phone was very nasty and kind of rude I’ll save this pizza and wings for whoever want it I just want my refund that guy does not deserve to be a manager in anyway and at first I wasn’t even requesting a refund I just wanted them to make it right understandable it’s not they fault I can’t come back right way but don’t treat me like I’m tryna get over on dominos or something at lease offer a proper apology or fix my whole order if they didn’t believe me I’m the type I would of put that food up and brought it back up there next time I come just to prove I’m being honest and tbh that devin guy that’s not the first time I’ve seen him in action I’ve seen him argue with multiple customers in the pass but never knew he was a manager because he does not have the proper customer service skill but there a old stain “You today me tomorrow” I should have been stopped going to that store he acts as if he’s Mr dominos because I asked him for his manger he said with confidence I am the manager I said well can I have your manager he says with confidence again I’m the one you talk to all I’m saying is this dominos not good and if I don’t get my money back at this point so be it as lease I’m warning you you may come across a bad experience so be aware SMH but one thing I can say good about this restaurant they do have a girl working the cashier a young caucasian girl I don’t have her name but she always mentions her kids she always a pleasure to deal with always letting you know about the deals giving you heads up and very friendly whenever dealing with her
extremely awful and slow service. i waited over 85 for my order to arrive due to "lack of drivers" lack of incompetence is more like it. if i had the option to cancel my order i would have. ! waste of time and money and y'all want a tip ? never ever ever. this is why dominos has to bribe people to get a tip. because who would willingly offer it with this service update: PICKUP IS EVEN WORST. they don't greet you when you come in and my order was sitting there. if it had the sauces on it i would've picked it up off of the window but i was being nice and let the big guy do his job
I wouldn’t include a 1 star, but there’s no 0. I gave my son money to treat my grandsons to pizza. My son picked up the pizza to only discover after leaving that a fly was backed into the pizza. There was no way to not see the fly when the pizza was cut. I recommend you check your food so that this doesn’t happen to you.
