AAA Northern New England was very quiet the time I went in there for triptickets. It's my understanding that they continuously upgrade their triptickets and provide you with the best route possible. If pushed I would have to give them a 8 on a scale of 1 to 10.

The Bangor AAA seems to be very organized, the staff very knowledgeable and personable.  AAA provides a lot of products.  I haven't experienced most of them.  When I went in to renew my membership the other day, I was surprised to find out that they offer passport services for a nominal fee to members!  The AAA service in our area has been good.  I've used them once or twice.

Stopped in for a routine driver's license renewal and was helped with almost no wait. Staff are friendly and professional, the building is clean and tidy inside and out.
