I am not too impressed with my visit today. The lady was nice, was sweet to my kid. But I went there and left with what I came in with. Basically I needed help in different areas and I ended up paying more then what I would have paid paying for tickets at home online. I was blindsided and wasn't even told that I would be charged or even how much I was charged for even talking to the lady, for all of 5-10minutes. I didn't find out I was charged until I looked at my bank account when I got home, I thought it was funny she was charging me more for the tickets (I thought maybe the price had gone up).... nope the agent just wasn't honest upfront about charging me. Anyway, I'm not exactly happy and regret not doing it from home! :/
